FAQs

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

  • RSVP using the links above! If you forget to RSVP, just show up. There are no annual club fees, or any extra steps you need to do to join the community.

  • We highly encourage everyone who attends to bring their favorite colors and coloring books!

If you are new to coloring, or don’t have supplies of your own, still come!

Please note: While we have supplies that you can check out during the event, sometimes more people than supplies attend!

  • Yes! Sara and Chelsea are committed to keeping the event free and accessible to everyone.

  • When you arrive to the venue look for Sara and Chelsea and the welcome signs!

We will have a sign in table where you can pick up a name tag and check out our Community Table. View this table like a Community Board at a coffee shop. Any club member is welcome to add their business cards or flyers to let people know the cool things they are part of.

From there, grab a seat and start coloring!

We have get-to-know-eachother bingo cards to encourage you to talk with other community members. If you get a bingo, you’re entered into a raffle where you can win prizes from local businesses. Participating is optional!

At 12:30 Sara and Chelsea make bring everyone together to thank everyone for coming, make announcements, do the raffle, and take our group photo (participation in the photo is optional).

  • Yes! All ages are welcome to attend Down to Earth Coloring Club. We meet at public spaces so we ask everyone (no matter their age) to be mindful of other people at the venue.

Also note, while we don’t select venues that have age limits some of our venues serve alcohol (like Radio East).

  • Yes! All genders are welcome!

We also have nametags at our welcome table, so if you’d like to add your pronouns to your name tag, please do.

  • This depends on our location. In our event listings we will note if we are meeting indoors or outdoors.

If we are meeting outdoors, we recommend that you wear sunscreen and stay hydrated! We do our best to get tables in the shade, but there are no guarantees.

  • We do our best to pick venues that are accessible for all abilities!

All the venues we meet at are public businesses that are required to be ADA accessible; however, please note that some locations are more accessible-friendly than others.

  • We send out a monthly newsletter with announcements for club members. This includes where our next meet up is and the RSVP link!

To be added to our newsletter, please fill out our welcome survey.
